摘    要:用固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,以乙醇和乙酸为原料合成乙酸乙酯,探讨了催化剂制备条件酯收率的影响,实验结果表明:当用1 mol.L-1H2SO4浸渍TiO212 h,400℃焙烧2 h所得固体超强酸对催化合成乙酸乙酯显示出较高的催化活性。反应温度80℃,催化剂用量为2.0 g,醇酸摩尔比1.8∶1,反应时间为3.0 h时酯的收率最高可达97%。

Abstract:Ethyl acetate was synthesized by esterification of alcohol and acetic acid using solid superacid SO42-/TiO2 catalyst. The preparation condition of catalyst was investigated. The experimental results showed that solid superacid had high catalytic activity in synthesis of ethyl acetate using 1 mol.L-1 H2SO4 impregnated TiO2 12 h, and then calcined at 400 ℃ for 2 h. The optimum reaction conditions were molar ration of alcohol to acetic acid 1.8 : 1, amount of catalyst 2.0 g, reaction temperature 80 ℃, and the yield of ethyl acetate reached 97% after reaction for 3 h.
