溶剂脱沥青-延迟焦化-加氢处理组合工艺

摘    要:提出了一种处理重油的脱炭和加氢有机结合的新工艺。重油经溶剂脱沥青装置处理后得到的脱沥青油和延迟焦化装置得到的焦化蜡油以及减压蜡油混合作为重油加氢处理装置的进料,从而改善重油加氢处理装置进料的性质,缓和重油加氢处理装置的操作条件,延长重油加氢处理装置的操作周期,为下游的催化裂化等装置提供优质的原料油。溶剂脱沥青得到的脱油沥青掺入延迟焦化的原料中进行处理。

Abstract:A new technology combined of carbon off and hydrogen were proposed for treating heavy oil. Heavy oil treated with solvent deasphahing turn to DAO (deasphahed oil) and DOA (deoiled asphalt). DAO combined with eoker gatch and VGO ( vacuum gas oil) were better as feed of heavy oil hydrotreating plant than before, that give gentle condi- tion of operating heavy oil hydrotreating plant and extend production cycle and supply high quality feed for FCC or HC. DOA were treated with coking feedstocks together in the delayed coking process.
