葡萄果实膨大剂残留物分析方法研究

摘    要:对果实的膨大作用最为明显的是氯吡尿等植物调节剂,随着人们对于食品安全的不断关注,人们开始将目光投射在药剂的使用是否对人类的身体产生危害上,在当今的时代背景下,对于葡萄果实膨大剂的残留进行分析,对于提高食品的安全性有着重要的意义。本文选取了氯吡脲和赤霉素两种典型的膨大剂作为研究对象,利用高效液相色谱分析法分析了葡萄的膨大剂残留情况,对于指导膨大剂的使用、促进食品安全有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The enlargement effect on fruit was the most obvious of clopidogrelurine plant growth regulator. As people continue to pay attention to food safety,people begin to focus on agents use whether to human body harm. Under today's era background,the residue of grape fruit swelling agent was analyzed to improve food safety,which had important significance. Selecting two typical and gibberellin on the swelling agent as the research object, analysis by high performance liquid chromatography,grape leavening agent residue situation was analyzed for the use of guidance and swelling agent to promote a certain guiding function for food safety.
