| 摘 要： | 纳米银是一种具有良好生物兼容性并有独特的光学及催化特性的纳米材料,且适合于多种检测方法,是一种极有潜力的生物探针的材料。本文主要综述了用于生物标记的纳米银的合成方法、表征手段及其表面的修饰、并介绍了其作为生物分子标记物的应用状况。

| Abstract: | As a kind of nano-material,silver nanoparticle had special characteristics such as its excellent biocompatibility,distinct optical and catalytic characteristic and was applicable to various detection methods as a bio-tag.The methods of synthesis and modification of nano-Ag as well as their qualitation were mainly introduced.In addition,the various detection methods used for nano-Ag bio-tag were also presented and discussed. |
