| Abstract: | The research progress of pesticide residue technology at home and abroad was introduced, and the technology of extraction, concentration and purification in food and agricultural products was expounded, respectively. The gas chromatography, high- performance liquid chromatography, GC/MS, LC/MS and confirmation technology were also discussed. The prospects of research and application of pesticide residue determination technology were prospected. |
