| Abstract: | 8 - hydroxyquinoline aluminum （ Alq3 ） was a kind of important organic electroluminesence material, with good film- forming property, thermal stability and electronic conductivity, and were widely used in the preparation of various organic light emitting device. The device had a fiat, active emitting, high brightness, high contrast, fast response speed low voltage, and drive. 8 -hydroxyquinoline aluminum preparation, aging, application and prospect for the future were focused on. |
