过渡金属硫化物无机类富勒烯纳米材料的研究进展

摘    要:系统的介绍无机类富勒烯金属硫化物纳米管、纳米洋葱及其纳米复合物的结构、性质和应用。同时还介绍了近年来国际上无机类富勒烯金属硫化物纳米管、纳米洋葱及其纳米复合物的制备方法的最新进展,如气-固相或气相反应合成、模板技术、激光溅射、电弧放电、热分解合成和超声波电化学合成方法等。

Abstract:Due to their unique structure and properties, Inorganic Fullerene-like(IF)nano-materials have attracted much attention. The structure, properties, and applications of transition metal sulfides IF nano-materi- als, i.e., nanotubes, nano-onions and nano composites were generalized. And the most up-to-date science and technology on the various synthetic methodologies of such IF nano-materials were also investigated, such as gas- olid phase or gas phase reaction, template growth technique, laser ablation, thermal decomposition and electron- ic approach.
