聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对污泥脱水性能的改善

摘    要:以锦州石化公司炼油污水生化处理工艺产生的剩余污泥为研究对象,采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)以及阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)作为化学调理剂,对原污泥和好氧消化污泥进行调理。调理实验结果表明:适宜调理条件下,污泥经CPAM或APAM调理后均可以由较难过滤污泥转变为易过滤污泥。

Abstract:The surplus activated sludge from the process of the biochemical treatment of refinery wastewater of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation was investigated.Cation polycrylamide(CPAM)and anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)were used as chemical conditioners.The original sludge(OS)and aerobic digestion sludge(ADS)were treated by CPAM and APAM,respectively.The conditioning results indicated that the harder-to-filtration sludge turned into easy-to-filtration sludge when treated by CPAM or APAM under optimal conditions.
