摘    要:在酸性介质中,高锰酸钾能氧化异丙肾上腺素产生化学发光,而甲醛能够显著增强该体系的发光强度。据此建立简单快速测定异丙肾上腺素的流动注射化学发光法,并且对试验条件进行优化。在最优条件下,异丙肾上腺素在0.1~10.0μg·L-1范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检测限是0.02μg·L-1。对2.0μg·L-1的异丙肾上腺素标准溶液平行测定11次,平行测得值的RSD为2.7%。将本法用于针剂中甲异丙肾上腺素的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:In acidic medium, the potassium permanganate oxidation of isoproterenol to produce chemiluminescence and formaldehyde can significantly enhance the luminous intensity of the system. The method was based on the chemiluminescence emitting reaction between isoprenaline and potassium permanganate in a hydrochloric acid medium, and cnhanced with formaldehyde. The optimized experimental conditions were evaluated. Under the optimum conditions, calibration curve over the range of 0. 1 - 10. 0μg · L^-1 was obtained. The detection limit of this method was 0.02μg ·L^-1. The relative standard deviation was 2. 7% for 2. 0μg· L^-1 isoprenaline. The method was applied to the determination of studied isoprenaline in injections with a satisfied result.
