电解电压对钛阳极氧化膜表面状态的影响

摘    要:在HF水溶液体系电解氧化纯钛片时,通过调整电解电压来改变钛氧化物的表面特征(氧化膜的颜色和形貌)。结果表明,电解电压对钛阳极氧化膜颜色可控;在一定的电压下可以获得排列规则的TiO2纳米管阵列,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征。并讨论了TiO2纳米管的形成机理。

Abstract:The surface characteristics of titanium anodic oxide film were changed by adjusting electrolyzing voltages in hydrofluoric acid.The result showed well ordered and uniform titanium oxide nanotube arrays were prepared at one certain voltage.SEM techniques have been used to characterize the TiO2 nanotube arrays.The forming mechanism of TiO2 was aslo discussed.
