大红袍花椒挥发性成分的HS-SPME/GC/MS分析

摘    要:利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究大红袍花椒的挥发性成分,探讨了不同纤维头吸附对分析检测结果的影响。结果表明,DVB/CAR/PDMS纤维头能够有效地吸附花椒的挥发性成分;大红袍花椒主要挥发性成分为β-月桂烯(21.41%)、苎烯(17.06%)、β-水芹烯(10.60%)、γ-松油醇(萜品醇)(9.50%)、桧烯(8.32%)、β-罗勒烯(8.00%)、胺叶油素(7.09%)、罗勒烯(3.82%)、α-蒎烯(3.59%)、香橙烯(1.15%)、α-乙酸松油酯(1.08%)等萜烯类以及醇类或酯类化合物。

Abstract:The volatile compositions from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.were obtained by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography spectrometry-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME/GC/MS).The effects of different fibers on detecting result were discussed.The results showed the volatile compositions from Zanthoxylum bungeanum could be effectively extracted by the fiber of DVB/CAR/PDMS.These volatile compounds were mainly including some terpenes,alcohols and esters,such as β-myrcene(21.41%),limonene(17.06%),β-phellandrene(10.60%),γ-terpineol(9.50%),sabinene(8.32%),β-cis-ocimene(8.00%),eucalyptol(7.09%),ocimene(3.82%),α-pinene(3.59%),aromadendrene(1.15%),and α-terpineol acetate(1.08%).
