稀土元素对光纤表面化学镀镍的影响

摘    要:研究了3种稀土元素Ce、La、Y对光纤表面化学镀Ni-P-B镀液稳定性和沉积速度以及镀层质量的影响,结果表明,在化学镀Ni-P-B基础镀液中添加适量的稀土元素,可以改善镀液稳定性,提高沉积速度,细化镀层晶粒。添加20mg/L的Ce可以提高镀液的稳定性,提高了沉积速度,SEM图表明该镀层更加致密,表面质量优于未加稀土的镀层。初步探讨了稀土在镀液中的作用机理。

Abstract:The effect of Ce,La and Y on deposition rate of bath and deposits of eletroless Ni-P-B on the surface of optical fiber were studied.The results showed that fit quality of rare earth can enhance the stability and the rate of deposition.Adding 20mg/L Ce can enhance stability and deposition rate of bath.SEM showed adding 20mg/L Ce can also improve the coating quality.The mechanisms of rare earth of the bath were presented.
