| Abstract: | The information management related challenges and difficulties faced by the project management teams of major capital petrochemical projects were explored. Coping strategies were developed from the perspectives of enhanced training,unified standards,optimized process,strengthened supervision and advanced software,which can provide some guidance to the project management teams to better achieve their information management goals. |
