| 摘 要： | 就如何提高青年教师教学能力和无机及分析化学的整体教学质量进行了研究探讨。通过一系列教学实践，逐渐摸索出了诸如激发学习兴趣、精心组织教学内容、采用合适教学手段、改革实验教学等行之有效的教育教学方法，从而提高了青年教师的教学能力及水平，进一步增强了青年教师的教学责任感，从整体上完善了无机及分析化学课程的教学质量。

| Abstract: | The study and practice of improving the overall quality in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry teaching for young teachers were introduced in the paper. Through practice in these years, arousing learning interest, well -organizing teaching content using adapt teaching means and reforming experiment teaching, the teaching abilily and level were proved. Young teachers can improve their vocational level and teaching sense of responsibility by enhancing the visual. |
