摘    要:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定苯基三氯硅烷,通过对所测样品储存、检测条件的改变,有效的减少了苯基三氯硅烷在检测过程中的水解,准确检测出苯基氯硅烷的质量分数.

Abstract:By capillary gas chromatography to detect phenyltrichlorosilane,changing the conditions of the sample storage and detection effectively reduced the hydrolysis of phenyl trichlorosilane in the detection process and accurately detected the mass fraction of phenylchlorosilane.
