纳滤膜浓缩中草药提取液研究

摘    要:本文对凉茶中草药水提取液进行了纳滤浓缩有效成分的研究,证明纳滤浓缩凉茶中草药提取液是可行的,提高了产品的收率和质量,大大降低了成本,减少了废水排放。纳滤浓缩前后风味没有变化。中草药提取液可溶性固形物从15%-2.0%达到了15%,降低料液浓度、提高温度、提高压力可以提高膜通量。两种膜性能的比较结果表明,在操作条件为温度28℃,压力3.3Mpa,浓度2.0%的条件下,474膜的浓缩效率较高。

Abstract:Concentration of herbal tea medicine extracting solution with Nanofiltration membranes is studied in this paper. The results show that flux of membrane is affected by temperature of feed solution and pressure of operation. Decrease of solution concentration and increase temperature and pressure is good for flux of membrane. This research proves that the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution concentrated by nanofiltration is effectivel. Solubility solid can be improved from 1.5 %-2.0 % to 15 % after concentrated with nanofiltration and there is no flavor change in Chinese herbal medicine extraction after concentration.
