| 摘 要： | 针对我国化工企业科技投入的多投入多产出情况，本文采用分批次的数据包络分析方法（DEA），对我国各化工企业科技投入的管理效率进行了综合分析；并结合DEA改进值，提出了增强各化工企业科技管理效率的相应措施。

| Abstract: | In view of the chemical enterprise of our country technology into multi - input and multi - output, the efficiency of technology management was analyzed comprehensively by the means of Date Envelopment Analysis （DEA） in batches, and the improved methods according to the improvement results were put forward. |
