| 摘 要： | 吴茱萸(Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.)是一种具有抗菌、抗癌等多种活性的传统中药,吴茱萸生物碱是吴茱萸具有生物活性的重要物质基础,生物碱的提取工艺和含量分析对吴茱萸药材的质量控制和进一步的研究、开发具有重要意义,本文综述了吴茱萸生物碱提取工艺和含量分析研究概况。

| Abstract: | Evodia rutaecarpa（Juss.） Benth.,a traditional Chinese medicine,which had lots of activities such as antibacteria and antitumor activities.Alkaloids were the most active compounds.The methods used for extraction and content analysis of alkaloids played the major roles in the research,quality control,and utilization of the medicinal materials.Therefore,the extraction and content analysis of alkaloids were also reviewed. |
