分光光度法测铈(Ⅳ)-乙醇配合物的组成

摘    要:以硝酸铈铵和浓硝酸、无水乙醇为原料,配制等摩尔浓度的硝酸铈铵溶液以及乙醇溶液,再以此为原料根据等摩尔系列法配制铈(Ⅳ)-乙醇的配合物,然后,用分光光度计测量铈(Ⅳ)-乙醇的配合物的吸光度值。以AMR对nM/(nM+nR)作图,得到一条曲线,由图读出最大吸光度处所对应的金属离子的摩尔分数,从而计算出铈(Ⅳ)-乙醇的配合物的组成为1:1。

Abstract:Equimolar concentration solutions of cerium ammonium nitrate and ethanol were prepared using cerium ammonium nitrate,concentrated nitric acid and pure ethanol as raw materials.Ce(Ⅳ)-ethanol complexes were prepared according to equimolar series method.The numerical values of absorbance of cerium(Ⅳ)-ethanol complex were measured by spectrophotometer.A graph was got by drawing AMR-nM/(nM+nR) curve.The corresponding molar fraction of metal ions in the maximum absorbance can be read from AMR-nM/(nM+nR) graph and therefore Ce(Ⅳ)-ethanol complex composition was calculated to be 1:1.
