陶瓷膜微滤技术在栀子浸提工艺中的应用

摘    要:为了去除栀子浸提液中的细微颗粒、悬浮杂质、难溶性大分子蛋白质、果胶、多糖或由栀子果实内所含成分相互作用而形成的大分子配合物等杂质,采用陶瓷膜微滤技术对栀子浸提液进行澄清。将栀子浸提液微滤前后进行对比分析,结果表明,以0.2μm膜的工作效率高,并在滤液重为原料液重的60%~70%时,加入30%原料重的纯水透析两次较好。

Abstract:To clarify impurity of the extraction of gardenia, Ceramic micro - filter membrane were used. The best extraction technology was confirmed by means of contrasting and analyzing the fore - and - aftextraction of gardenia. Results indicated that the membrane of 0.2 um was the best one for micro - filter and purewater that occupied 30% of the raw solu- tion was added to filter for two times when the filtrate weight occupied 60% - 70% of the raw solution.
