| 摘 要： | 建立了测定蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的HPLC-DAD检测方法。采用C18分析柱，以水-乙氰（80：20）作为流动相，流量为1.5mL／min。蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的检测波长为191nm，这就可以使用蔗糖代替蔗糖-6-乙酸酯作为标样，避免了制备蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的繁琐过程。用这种检测方法，考查了线性范围，LOD，回收率和精确度。方法快速、简便、可靠，可用于测定蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的含量。

| Abstract: | HPLC - DAD method for the determination of sucrose 6 - acetate was established applied C18 column,and water -acetonitrile （80：20） mixture as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min. Detection of sucrose 6-acetate at wavelength of 191 nm permits to use sucrose as standard, avoiding tedious preparation of sucrose 6-acetate standard sample. The linear range, LOD, recovery and precision were observed by this rapid method. |
