摘    要:建立了测定蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的HPLC-DAD检测方法。采用C18分析柱,以水-乙氰(80:20)作为流动相,流量为1.5mL/min。蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的检测波长为191nm,这就可以使用蔗糖代替蔗糖-6-乙酸酯作为标样,避免了制备蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的繁琐过程。用这种检测方法,考查了线性范围,LOD,回收率和精确度。方法快速、简便、可靠,可用于测定蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的含量。

Abstract:HPLC - DAD method for the determination of sucrose 6 - acetate was established applied C18 column,and water -acetonitrile (80:20) mixture as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min. Detection of sucrose 6-acetate at wavelength of 191 nm permits to use sucrose as standard, avoiding tedious preparation of sucrose 6-acetate standard sample. The linear range, LOD, recovery and precision were observed by this rapid method.
