| 摘 要： | 通过对一定时间内不同温度处理过的过滤布理化性能的分析的结果表明,在240℃时,过滤布的耐热、耐折及疏水性都能较为理想。与此同时,胶料处理时间对滤料性能影响情况显示,在相对较低的温度下(220℃),适当延长处理时间也能够赋予滤料良好的性能。

| Abstract: | By analysis the physical and chemical characterizes of the filter which was deal with different temperature in the fixed time, the results stated that the heat resistance, folding number and the hydrophobic could get the best performance when the treatment temperature was 240℃. The performances of the filters were detected, which were treated in different time and temperature. The results showed that the filter could get a well performance at lower temperature for longer time. |
