火焰原子吸收光谱法测定广西甜茶中的微量元素

摘    要:火焰原子吸收光谱法测定广西甜茶根、茎和叶中的Ca、K、Na、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn的含量。标准曲线的相关系数为0.9955—0.9996,相对标准偏差为0.53%-2.02%,加标回收率为97.7%~103.3%,结果表明广西甜茶含有丰富的微量元素。

Abstract:The amounts of Ca,K,Na,Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in the mot, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus were determined by FAAS. Interrelated coefficients were in the range of 0.995 5 - 0.999 6. RSD were in the range of 0.53% -2.02% ,and recoveries in the range of 97.7% - 103.3%. The result showed that Rubus suavissimus were abundant in trace elements.
