摘    要:以无机盐ZrOCl2·8H2O为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶过程结合超临界CO2干燥法制备了ZrO2气凝胶.采用BET、TG/DTA、XRD、TEM以及SEM等手段对样品进行了表征分析.考察了超临界CO2干燥过程中,操作压力、操作温度、CO2流率及干燥时间等工艺条件对样品比表面积、孔性质等的影响.结果表明利用本方法制备的ZrO...

Abstract:ZrO2 aerogels were prepared with inorganic salt ZrOCl2·8H2O by sol-gel process associated with the supercritical CO2 drying procedure.The samples were characterized using BET,TG/DTA,XRD,TEM and SEM.The influence of the supercritical pressure and temperature,the rate of CO2 and drying time on specific surface areas,pore properties was investigated.The results showed that ZrO2 aerogels were mesoporous materials with high specific surface areas,high pore volume and narrow pore size distribution.The results showed that the specific surface area of primary aerogel could reach 425.29 m2/g if the supercritical conditions are the pressure is 9.5 MPa,the temperature is 50 ℃,the rate of CO2 is 0.65 L/h and the drying time is 6 h.
