Abstract:Suzuki coupling reaction is one of most efficient methods for the construction of C-C bonds and are generally considered to be the most versatile and useful reactions in the synthesis of natural products and a variety of complex organic molecules used in pharmaceutical.At prent,suzuki coupling reaction is a highlight on organic and catalyst chemistry.In this paper,the recent progress of suzuki coupling reaction,and their application is reviewed.The principles of suzuki coupling reaction are described,and the suzuki coupling reaction which were catalysted by Pd,Ni,Cu and other catalysts were emphasis.Besides the application of suzuki coupling reaction were addressed.
