| 摘 要： | 以107硅橡胶为基胶,以气相白炭黑为补强填料,甲基硅油为增塑剂,制备了单组分硅酮密封胶,研究了基胶的含量、气相白炭黑的性质和添加量、增塑剂的用量等对密封胶性能的影响.实验结果表明,在基胶含量为60％左右,气相白炭黑比表面积为150 m2/g,添加量为10％左右,增塑剂量为26％左右时可获得较理想的综合性能.

| Abstract: | The one-component RTV silicone sealant was prepared by adding the fumed silica as filler,methyl silicon oil as the plasticizer to 107# polysiloxane,and the effects of the dosage of the components on the its performance were studied.The results showed that the perfect properties could be achieved at the mass ratio of 60% 107# polysiloxane,10% fumed silica with specific surface area 150m2/g and 26% plasticizer. |
