2-硝基-1-萘酚的合成工艺改进

摘    要:以2-亚硝基-1-萘酚作原料,经过氧化,合成2-硝基-1-萘酚。改变投料的顺序,先将2-亚硝基-1-萘酚完全溶解于氢氧化钠水溶液,再滴加氧化剂过氧化氢,避免硝基化合物和产生的大量氧气接触而可能发生爆炸,使反应过程安全且易于控制。并由于原料易溶于碱性溶液中,反应完全,大幅度的减少过氧化氢的用量,优选的过氧化氢用量为2-亚硝基-1-萘酚的4倍,以71.4%的收率合成了2-硝基-1-萘酚。产品含量99%以上。

Abstract:Using 2 - nitroso - 1 - naphthol as raw materials, 2 - nitro - 1 - naphthol was synthized. 2 - nitroso -1 -naphthol completely dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution, then oxidants H202 dropped, nitro compounds avoided contact with oxygen, the reaction process was safe and easy to control. Because raw materials was soluble in alkaline solution, the reaction complete, which substantially reduce the amount of H2O2. The optimized mole quantity of H2O2 was 4 times of 2 - nitroso - 1 - naphtho, to 71.4% of the yield of 2 - nitro - 1 - naphthol.
