茶多酚制取工艺研究进展

摘    要:茶多酚在众多行业具有广阔的应用,其制取工艺及方法也成为研究的热点。介绍了几种常见的茶多酚提取工艺,并对工艺进行了对比分析得出溶剂萃取法、金属离子沉淀法工艺是比较好的技术,其对装置的适应性较好,树脂吸附法是化工“清洁生产”的发展趋势。

Abstract:Tea polyphenols has a capacious application in many trades.The methods and technics of making it has becomed a researchful hotspot.Several methods of distilling polyphenols were introduced and the results showed that solvent extraction method,metal ion sedimentation method were the preferable methods.Their applicability for the equipment was better,and the resin absorption method was the developing trend of clean production.
