高速气流室温固相反应制备超细碳酸钙的研究

摘    要:采用高速气流使氯化钙和碳酸钠在反应器中摩擦活化产生新的反应活化点,再通过撞击固定靶产生迅速的能量交换而发生化学反应,实现了高速气流下室温固相反应制备超细碳酸钙.应用XRD,DTA和SEM对其进行了表征和粒径分析,结果显示原料转化率达100%,制备的碳酸钙颗粒平均尺寸为0.5μm。

Abstract:When high - speed airflow acted on calcium chloride and sodium carbonate reaction zone the mixed power was fractioned, activated, following the form of activation center. The powder could react according to the exchange of furious englgy through impacting on the certain target, and ultra - fine calcium carbonate was prepared by solid - state reaction at high - speed airflow and ambient temperature. Its structure and size were characterized by XRD, DTA and SEM. The experi- mental results showed that the product was formed in 100% yield,that the average size of the product particles was 0.5um.
