| 摘 要： | 以香兰素为原料，经甲基化、硝化、氧化三步反应合成4，5—二甲氧基—2—硝基苯甲酸，总收率59％，并采用IR和^1HNMR对产品进行结构表征。同时考察了硝酸浓度、反应温度、反应物配科比等对硝化反应的影响，确立了最佳反应条件并对后处理方法进行了改进。

| Abstract: | 4,5 - Dimethoxy - 2 - nitrobenzoic acid is synthesized from vanillin throgh methylatiorunitration and oxidation. The overall yield is about 59% ,and the product is charactized by IR and 1HNMR.In the meantime,the effects of diverse reaction conditions on nitration are also investigated. |
