摘    要:TiO2纳米管阵列作为一种新型的纳米TiO2材料,由于独特的有序结构和优异的性能,引起了人们的极大关注。介绍了采用阳极氧化法制备TiO2纳米管的工艺条件、影响因素、形成机理,及其在光电解水制氢、光催化降解有机污染物、染料敏化太阳能电池、气敏传感等方面的研究进展,展望了其发展方向。

Abstract:Titania nanotube arrays, a new type of titania nanomaterials,have attracted wide attention due to their distinctive structure and notable property recently. The preparation methods, influence factors and forming mechanism of titania nanotube arrays fabricated by anodic oxidation were introduced. The progress of aspreparared tiatnia nanotube arrays in photoelectrolysis water splitting, photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, dye - sensitized solar cell and gas sensitivity were summarized. The prospect of TiO2 nanotube arrays was also viewed.
