小粒径Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4纳米颗粒及超顺磁性研究

摘    要:利用水解法制备了Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4纳米颗粒,其平均粒径小于5nm左右,通过VSM和穆斯堡尔谱对其进行了测量,证实了其室温磁性显示出完全的超顺磁性,运用Langevin函数,很好地拟合了磁滞回线并得到磁性颗粒粒径和Ms,大小和测量值基本吻合。

Abstract:Zinc-substituted cobalt ferrite nano-particles,Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4,were prepared by forced hydrolysis method.Magnetic and structural properties in the nano-material were investigated.The average particle size measured by TEM and XRD is below 5 nm.VSM and Mossbauer measurements show the well defined superparamagnetic behavior at room temperature which confirmed by hysteresis loop at 5K.The experiment data was fitted by Langevin function and the theoretical parameters fits the magnetic experiment data well.
