氧化淀粉在水性聚氨酯中的应用研究

摘    要:利用氧化交联淀粉对水性聚氨酯(PU)进行改性,得到了一系列具有不同氧化淀粉含量的改性水性聚氨酯。测定了改性产物及其成膜后的各项性能。结果表明,加入氧化交联淀粉后,水性聚氨酯分散液的稳定性不变,但粘度下降,成膜后的耐水性能得到改善。当氧化淀粉用量为10%时,改性水性聚氨酯膜的各项性能达到最佳。

Abstract:A series of waterborne polyurethane dispersions modified with oxidized starch were obtained in this article.The physical properties of these polyurethane samples with different amount of oxidized starch were further measured.The results indicated that the waterborne polyurethane dispersions possessed well stability and lower viscosity.Meanwhile,the water-resistant properties of the polyurethane films were enhanced appreciably with the incorporation of the oxidized starch.
