| 摘 要： | 多糖具有多种生物活性，在生物体内起着重要作用，现已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的热点之一。从多糖的分离纯化、分析以及生物活性等几个方面对多糖的研究现状进行了总结，并指山多糖的构效关系是今后多糖研究的主要方向。
