| 摘 要： | 测定了溶液粘度随壳聚糖浓度、存放时间、温度、搅拌时间及溶液pH值的变化情况。实验表明,溶液粘度随壳聚糖浓度的增加而增大,随存放时间延长和温度升高而降低,随溶液酸性增强而下降。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the viscosity of the solution and the concentrations of chitosan,the temperature,the storing time,agitating time and pH ofchitosan solution were determined.The viscosity of the solution increased with the concentrations of chitosan increased and decreased with the storing time of solution and higher temperature.Lower viscosity of the solution were associated with higher concentration and strong of acid in the solvent. |
