摘    要:较详细地综述了目前国外关于非水介质中生物催化法选择性酯化葡萄糖及葡萄糖苷的特点、基本原理以及发展现状;认为以生物催化法选择性酯化葡萄糖及葡萄糖苷的方法有着常规化学法所不具有的优点,如高度的选择性,温和的反应条件以及较好的收率等;反应过程中“活化酯”以及分子筛和减压除水的应用有利于转化率的提高,固定化酶和固定化细胞技术使得该反应在固定床内连续进行生物转化成为可能,表明该法具有工业化应用的价值。

Abstract:The characteristics,elementary principle and updated development about the selective esterification of glucose and glucoside in non-aqueous media via biocatalysis were comprehensively described.The reactions via biocatalysis for selective esterification of glucose and glucoside posses several advantages such as remarkable selectivity,mild reaction conditions and better yield,which the conventional chemical methods do not own.The use of 'activated esters'and the removal of water by molecular sieves as well as reduced pressure in the reaction process are beneficial for yield upgrading.Technologies of immobilized enzyme and immobilized cell make the reactions of biotransformation possible to be processed in a continuous fixed bed reactor.Such methods have a promising future for using in commercial production.
