| 摘 要： | 采用Agilent5nmCl8液相色谱分析方法对农药中间体一氯频吶酮进行定量分析,结果表明:一氯频吶酮线性相关系数为R2=0.9999;平均回收率99.0%;标准偏差为;变异系数为0.18,结果表明此方法具有分离效果好,操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,重现性好等特点.

| Abstract: | A method for analysis of quinaphos by Agilent-C18HPLC with methanol acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,that linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.32,the coefficient of variation was 0.21、0.47,the average recovery was 99.99%.The results showed the method sepaiation effect is good,oportte simply rapidly,high sensitivity,good reproducibility features ect. |
