| Abstract: | This thesis takes college teachers＇ self-actualization and self-development satisfaction as the target,to carry investigation and research of gym teachers＇ self-actualization and self-development satisfaction.By this way the college gym teachers＇ self-actualization and self-development satisfaction situation in Tangshan will be learnt and some reference for the gym teacher body＇s building and management can be obtained. |
