摘    要:日益严格的防火安全标准和塑料产量的快速增长,使近几年来全球阻燃剂的用量及销售市场一直呈增长的趋势,全球阻燃剂总用量已达到120万t/a以上。溴系阻燃剂因Dioxin问题面临巨大的环保压力,国外一直在致力于开发十溴二苯醚的代用品和具有独特性能的改性卤系阻燃剂,无卤阻燃剂的开发也取得了明显的成果,在阻燃PP中,2001年无卤阻燃的比重已达到24%。我国阻燃剂工业应根据我国塑料工业的结构调整,及时开发新产品,调整产品结构,重视阻燃剂表面处理技术的研究,提高现行阻燃剂的产品质量,开展应用研究,为用户全方位服务。

Abstract:Along with the Safety Standard For Fire Prevention tending towards gradually strietness and rapid increasing output of plastics, the global demand and sales market of flame retardants ( FR ) ane likely to going up with the total consumption of over 1.2 million t/a in the world. Bromine based FR is facing enormous pressure from environmental protection demand caused by trouble of dioxin. Focusing attention on development of substitutes for DBDPO and modified halogen based FR with special performances have been made abroad , evident progress has been achieved in developing non-halogen FR. The proportion of non-halogen FR product in fire retardant PP reached to 24% in 2001. The flame re-tardant industry in China should adjust its structure in keeping with its plastics industry, develop the new product in time, pay attention to research of surface treatment technology lor FR , improve the quality of existing FR produets, develop application researches on the FR and give service to the consumer in all aspects.
