摘 要: | 以对氟苯酚为原料,经过氯化、酯化、硝化、水解反应生成中间体2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯酚,再经过酯化、还原、缩合反应得到氟胺草酯,反应总收率为55.42%,纯度高于98%。

Abstract: | 2-chlorine-4-fluorine-5-nitrophenol was prepared by p-fluorophenol via chlorination, esterification, nitrification and hydration. Flumiclorac-pintyl was synthesized by 2-chlorine-4-fluorine-5-nitrophenol through esterification, reduction, condensation. The yield of the product was 55.42%, and the purity was higher than 98%. |
