摘    要:以粉煤灰和凹凸棒石为原料制得FA-PG复合载体,通过浸渍法制得铁、锰及铁锰二元氧化物催化剂。利用SEM和BET对催化剂进行表征,在固定床反应器中对各种催化剂进行活性评价。结果表明:Fe(x)/FA-PG的低温催化活性较差,但Mn(y)/FA-PG和Fe(x)-Mn(y)/FA-PG均具有较高的低温SCR活性;同时,Fe(x)-Mn(y)/FA-PG表现出更宽的反应温度区间,这与其较大的比表面积和适宜的铁锰活性组分比有关。

Abstract:Fly ash and palygorskite was used as raw material for FA-PG composite support preparation.Fe,Mn and Fe-Mn binary oxides catalyst was prepared by impregnation.Catalysts were characterized by SEM and BET.The results showed that the catalytic activity of Fe(x)/FA-PG was low at low temperature,but Mn(y)/FA-PG and Fe(x)-Mn(y)/FA-PG showed high SCR activity at low temperature.At the same time,Fe(x)-Mn(y)/FA-PG exhibited the wider temperature range,it related to the larger surface area and a appropriate proportion of Fe-Mn active component.
