对氯苯肼合成工艺研究

摘    要:研究了对氯苯胺与水合肼在催化下合成对氯苯肼的工艺条件,较佳工艺条件为:对氯苯胺0.5mol,溶剂9mL,对氯苯胺与水合肼、催化剂的摩尔比1∶2.5∶0.3,反应温度110℃,反应时间5h,产品收率达92.2%。

Abstract:Abstrct: This article studies the process conditions of the reaction taking place under catalyst condition. Optimum process conditions for preparing p-ehlorophenylhydrazine from p-ehloroaniline and hydrazine hydrate:the quality of p-ehloroaniline was 0.5mol, the molar ratio of p-chloroaniline and hydrazine hydrate and catalyst was 1 : 2.5 : 0.3, the volume of solvent was 90mL, reaction temperature was 110℃, reaction time was 5h. The yield of products reach to 92.2%.
