柔性环氧树脂增韧酚醛泡沫塑料的研究

摘    要:利用柔性环氧树脂,采用化学、物理双改性方法对酚醛泡沫进行增韧,制备的酚醛泡沫板(200 mm×200mm×4 mm),其挠度由未增韧前的8.2 mm提高到30 mm以上,改性后的酚醛泡沫具有较好的增韧效果.

Abstract:Phenolic foam plastic shutters are made by modification of flexible epoxy resin through chemical and physical methods.The flexibilities of the modified materials increase from 8.2 mm to 30 mm.It has been shown that the toughening modification of phenolic foam plastic with flexible epoxy resin have better effects.
