摘    要:印染废水是一种有机物含量高、色度高、难生化降解的废水。酸洗废液对脱色具有特殊的功能,本文利用酸洗废液获得了性能优良的净水剂。实验结果表明:当废盐酸用量为300mg/L,其中助剂a所占比例为3.2%,助剂b为1.0%,废硫酸为0.3%时,获得性能最佳的净水剂。处理印染废水时,净水剂的投加量为20g/L,阴离子PAM的投加量为0.02g/L时,脱色率达到94.7%,处理1t废水成本约0.60元。因此,产品具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The dyeing waste water is rich in organic concentration, highly colored and difficult to be biodegradable. Pickling waste muriatie acid is most effective in the deeolorization. Water purifying agent with good function is gained through the research of the study on dyeing waste water treated by pickling waste liquor in this paper. The results show that, when pickling waste muriatic acid concentration is 300 mg/L and the proportion of additives a, additives b and waste sulfuril acid are 3.2% , 1.0% and 0.3% respectively,water purifying agent is obtained. The decolorization rate of the dyeing waste water 94.7%, under the conditions of purifying agent is 20 g/L and PAM is 0.02 g,/L. Its cost is only 0.60 RMB/t. So the product has enormously economic profits and social benefits.
