| 摘 要： | 介绍12.4-24 R-1S抗刺扎型农业轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径 1 146 mm,断面宽 302 mm,行驶面宽度 290 mm,胎圈着合直径 613 mm,花纹深度 36 mm,花纹周节数 24,花纹饱和度 22.84%,并采用独特的一长一短花纹块设计.施工设计:胎面采用253#农业轮胎配方,胎体分别采用2层1400dtex/2V1和2层1400 dtex/2V2锦纶66帘布,采用Ф735 mm成型机头,立式硫化罐硫化.成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能达到国家标准要求.
