摘    要:介绍6.70-15 6PR Ⅰ-1农业轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径695 mm,断面宽159.5 mm,行驶面宽度134 mm,弧度高9.4 mm,胎圈着合直径380 mm,胎圈着合宽度 114.5 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.95,花纹深度4.8 mm,花纹饱和度 77.9%,花纹周节数 25.施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1 mm的回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型鼓成型、四立柱硫化机硫化.成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合客户和相关标准要求.

Abstract:A design of 6.70-15 6PR Ⅰ-1 agriculture tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 695 mm,cross-sectional width 159.5 mm,width of running surface 134 mm,height of running surface 9.4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 380 mm, bead width at rim seat 114.5mm,maximum width position of cross-seetion(H~/H2) 0.95,pattern depth 4.8 mm,block/total ratio 77.9%,and total number of pitches 25. In the construction de-sign,the following processes were taken: one formula and one piece tread was applied; 4 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord were chosen for carcass ply;φl mm tempering bead wire was used; and using the Semi-core drum type building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that, the peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of users and relative standards.
