介绍10.00-20 16PR挖掘机轮胎的设计.结构设计：外直径1 045 mm,断面宽244mm,行驶面宽度224mm,行驶面弧度高14 mm,胎圈着合直径 512 mm,胎圈着合宽度 190mm,断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）0.897 5,采用横向大块状人字形花纹,花纹深度20 mm,花纹饱和度62.8％,花纹周节数30.施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用6层1870dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准和企业标准要求.

Design of 10.00-20 16PR Excavator Tire

The design of 10.00-20 16PR excavator tyre was described . In the structure design , the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1045 mm , cross-sectional width 244 mm , width of running surface 224 mm , height of running surface 14 mm , bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm , bead width at rim seat 190 mm , cross-section level ratio (H1/H2) 0.8968 , a traction pattern design, block/groove ratio 62.8% , pattern circular pitch 30. In the construction design ,three-formula and four-piece extruded tread , 6 layers of 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 930dtex/3V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply; using half core wheel building machine to build tires , and using tire shaping and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension ,and the physical properties met the requirements of enterprise standard.
