摘    要:介绍5.50-15叉车轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径664.5 mm,断面宽144mm,行驶面宽度130mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径379.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度114mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.86,花纹深度15 mm,花纹周节数40,花纹饱和度75%.施工设计:胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布;采用半芯轮式成型机成型,硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和帘线性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of agricultural tire structure and construction design of 5.50-15 industry. Structure design: cross sectional width of 144mm, the outer diameter of 664.5mm; running surface width 130mm, arc height 6mm; bead diameter 379.5mm, bead fitting width 114mm; section and horizontal axis (H1 / H2) is 0.86; the pattern with PLT328 type design, depth of pattern 15mm, pattern 75% saturation. Design and construction: tread by party a carcass structure; the 4 layer 1400dtex / 2 nylon 4 ply, crown angle of 53 ± 0.5 °, multiple matrix security reached 9.5; steel wire ring is a single ring, 19# tempered wire diameter of 1.0mm, the arrangement is 7 × 7, safety factor of 9; the drum type forming drum forming machine, vulcanizing. The test results show that the finished tire, tire rim size, physical properties, cord and the test of the market are in line with the requirements of relevant standards.
