| 摘 要： | 研制全自动半钢乘用子午线轮胎二次法成型机第一段设备,其主要包括主机、胎体供料系统、电气控制系统、气动控制系统及辅件。主机部分由主轴箱、床身、尾座、C/C鼓、成型工装、后压辊、下压辊、海绵压辊、边压辊等部件组成;电气控制系统采用模块化设计、分布式控制结构,具有触摸屏式人机界面及网络通讯功能;气动控制系统采用分布式结构。主轴箱轴系采用过定位方式及成型工装部件采用统一接口形式等措施,实现了设备的全自动化,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了设备的生产效率和胎体筒的成型质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the process specification of PCR 2-Stage BTM is introduced; the design and motion process of the First Stage of PCR 2-Stage BTM developed in our center are analyzed; the function and structure features of each part are described in detail; the application range, technical difficulties and innovation points of the equipment are summarized. |
