| 摘 要： | 本文根据某轻型客车市场批量轮胎异常磨损实际情况,以前轮定位参数为突破口,从转向、悬架系统的结构设计入手,找到导致轮胎异常磨损的具体原因。对最重要的影响因素前轮定位参数重新进行设计,通过相关试验验证其值选取的合理性,并有效解决了该车型轮胎异常磨损问题。

| Abstract: | According to the case of tyre abnormal wear of the middle bus, alignment parameter and mechanism of steering system and suspension system, the reasons of tyre abnormal wear are found. Based on these reasons, a optimization of alignment parameter is brought out. It is proved by test results that the middle bus with optimized alignment parameter has better Handing and Stability. Finally, the tyre abnormal wear of the middle bus is solved. |
